Camp Fees and Rules

                          $8.00 Per Person with groups of 31 or more per night

 

Mission Groups coming to work in the area                 $5.00 per person/per night

 

CAMPSITES (Campsite Use Only)

Hook-ups                                                                           $10.00 Per night plus $3.00

POOL AND LIFEGUARD

Lifeguard Fee                                                                    $20.00 Per 2hr. Session

Groups of 30 or more will require addition lifeguards

This fees goes to the lifeguards and assures compensation for his/her time

COOK AND MISCELLANOUS

Fee includes food costs; special menu may require additional cost

 

Challenge Course Fee  (Minimum 10 People)               $2.00 per person/2hrs

 

Pedal Boats                                                                       $5.00 per boat per day plus

                                                                                                        lifeguard fee

 

Fishing Allowed with the Director’s permission at no fee.

 

MIMIMUM FEE

Minimum Fee                                                                    $125.00

 

$125.00 Deposit must be received with conformation notice signed before reservation is secure.  Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is not made 30 days prior to reserved date.

 

 

*Fees include:

1. Use of Dorms necessary for the group size.  (Additional fee of $35.00 per cabin when additional cabin are used for convenience)

2. Use of Kitchen and Dining Area.

3. Use of Recreational supplies and area’s

4. Use of the Nature Trail

5. Use of swimming facility for 1 two-hour session per day.

                          Use of Lake for Fishing Only (No Swimming)

                           All Boaters must use Lifejackets

                           No gasoline engines

                           No minnows allowed

                           Must obey all SC Dept. of Natural Resources rules and regulations

 

Items you will need:

Bed linens for twin beds or sleeping bags and pillow. (overnight only)

Trash Bag or Laundry Bag for dirty clothes

Towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, etc.

Toilet Paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, and trash bags.

Equipment for activities.  Example Baseball, Tennis, Fishing Equipment.  Volleyball, Basketball, Horseshoes, Ping Pong, Kick ball, bases and Tetherball are provided

 

Retreat Rules:

· No Tobacco Products

· No Alcohol for any purpose

· Profanity will not be permitted

· No Guns real or play  (this includes water guns, paintball guns, etc.)

· No Weapons of any kind.

· No Social Phones calls in or out  (Emergency Calls Only)

· Children and Teens are to be supervised by an Adult (18 yrs or older) at all times. Children/Teens should not be allowed to wander alone or in groups without an adult.

· No Fireworks (Pine straw is very flammable)

· Water balloon and shaving crème are not to be sprayed or thrown in or on the building and swimming facility area. (Busted water balloons must be picked up off the ground before leaving.)

· Groups will be required to pay or repair any damage done to the retreat.

· Groups that do not clean the area’s they used will be charged a cleaning fee. The fee is as follows: $50.00 Kitchen/Dining Hall, $50.00 Brick Dorm, $25.00 ea. Other Building, and $25.00 for Exterior Grounds

· Retreat Speed Limit is 15mph on the entire grounds

When Vehicles arrive at the Retreat, they are to remain parked unless it is absolutely necessary they be moved.  This will help us to insure a safe environment for all our guests.
