Summer Staff.....

The Pinehill Baptist Retreat summer staff consists of four female counselors, three male counselors, all of whom have graduated from high school or attend college.  The campers are supervised by these competent mature counselors.

The support staff  consist of six (male or female) workers ages fifteen and up.  These are the ones that assist in the kitchen and keep the grounds looking good.

 

Meals.....

Campers will be fed home cooked meals prepared by Miss Dolores Conn, in a health approved dining room.

 

Housing.....

Campers are housed in a modern brick, air-conditioned dormitory, and updated air-conditioned cabins.  The campers will be supervised by competent mature counselors.

 

Canteen.....

Canteen money will be placed in the retreat bank upon arrival to allow withdrawals.  There will be 9 canteen breaks during the week.  In most cases $15.00 will last the whole week.  The exception would be if a camper wishes to purchase a DVD at the end of the week or a hat or visor from our canteen.  Any monies not used, by the camper during the week will be returned to the camper.

 

ACTIVITIES.....

Swimming, fishing, pedal boating, challenge course, team building activities, recreational games, and much more

 

Sharing: When your child returns home from camp, it is helpful to ask if any spiritual decisions were made.  Please feel free to share with the Retreat Director any comments (good or bad) pertaining to the camp.  You may send these comments to the retreat address or call the retreat.

The Pinehill Staff is directed by Donald Foreman.  Donald was saved on March 15, 1993. He is 47 years old.  He has been married to Pam for the past 27 years.  They have been blessed with three children. The Foreman’s are members of Bennettsville Second Baptist Church in Bennettsville, SC.  Prior to surrendering to full time ministry, Donald was affiliated with EMS as a Paramedic.  Donald is currently a 1^st aid, CPR, and Lifeguard instructor.
